1.) Cultivars are guaranteed to be true to name. Occasionally mistakes happen. Should you have ordered a white flower and it blooms red, please let us know and we will send you what you ordered and try our best to identify what you got.
2.) Plants are guaranteed to be healthy and growing when they leave here. Please unpack your plants when you receive them and check them off against the enclosed invoice. If you are missing plants or you do not like what you see, please let us know immediately. We can be reached via Fax, phone or e-mail. Once you do plant them, they become yours. We cannot guarantee either your garden conditions or weather conditions.
